Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Head of Operations to launch, build, and lead a new plumbing company that will operate as the sister company to an established and highly successful HVAC business. This individual will be responsible for developing the plumbing division from the ground up, overseeing day-to-day operations, recruiting and building a high-performing team, establishing processes, and driving revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate is a proven plumbing operations leader with experience managing service, installation, dispatch, field technicians, customer service, and business development initiatives. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and scale a company while leveraging the resources, reputation, and infrastructure of a successful HVAC organization.
