• Support staff: 3 radiation therapists, 1 radiation oncologist; physics and dosimetrist - remote

• Coverage Type: 8hr days, 8a-5p
• Schedule Details: April 6-10

Work Details:
• Facility Type: clinic
• Avg. Daily Census: 25 patients, including up to 4 new patient consults
• no procedures. Linear Accelerator newly installed vital Beam. Locum will manage treatment planning and EHR which is Eclipse/Aria.
Credentialing Timeframe: NA-
outpatient clinic- may need a copy of license and medical certification
