Procurement Analyst

We're hiring a Procurement Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced marketing operations team. This role involves working with data, invoices, and processes, and you'll keep things accurate, organized, and moving forward. We're seeking someone with solid Excel skills, experience reviewing invoices/expenses, who enjoys coordinating with internal teams and vendors, This is a great opportunity to join an internationally known organization that will advance your skills in enterprise-level procurement operations. Day to Day Review and validate marketing invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation Track and reconcile expenses using Excel to support payment approvals and prevent duplicate billing Manage workflows in internal systems, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payment tracking Monitor and follow up on vendor deliverables, ensuring timelines and expectations are met Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and keep processes moving efficiently Run reports and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies Core Qualifications 2+ years of experience in procurement, AP/AR, operations, or administrative coordination Excel proficiency (comfortable with tracking, reconciliations, and reporting. i.e VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Tables, Data Validation) Experience working with invoices, expense tracking, or purchase orders Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on open items Strong communication skills when working with internal teams and external vendors Must be BILINGUAL (English / Spanish) Additional Experience Experience supporting marketing or vendor-based environments Exposure to procurement or invoicing systems Background in process improvement or workflow coordination Why This Role Long-term opportunity with stable, ongoing work Great exposure to procurement, finance, and operations Opportunity to build on Excel and analytical skills in a real-world business setting Collaborative team environment with clear processes and structure #J-18808-Ljbffr SNI Companies
