What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on oral health and personalized home care.
• Partner with doctors and teammates to create individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure a safe, organized clinical environment while following OSHA and infection control standards.
• Build trusting relationships that encourage lifelong oral health.

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a collaborative office culture.
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are both encouraged to apply.
