Description We are Opening a New Store in NE Lincoln, Nebraska. At Take 5, we do things differently. Our stay-in-your-car, hassle-free oil change experience puts convenience and customer service first-and that starts with strong leadership in every shop. We're looking for a Store Manager - Automotive Service who's ready to lead a team, drive results, and create an outstanding customer experience every day. If you enjoy working with people, building teams, and taking ownership of a business, this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role. What You'll Get Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $50,000-$60,000/year, based on experience and potential Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid vacation-we encourage you to take time off Work-Life Balance Shops close at 7:00 PM, so your evenings are free Average 45-hour work week Training & Support Paid, hands-on training to prepare you for success Ongoing support from leadership and corporate teams Growth & Opportunities Clear path for advancement within the company Annual Shop Manager conferences and team events Internal competitions and recognition programs A strong, team-focused culture Ongoing skill development and leadership training The opportunity to meet new people and make an impact every day What We're Looking For Education Associate's degree required Bachelor's degree preferred Experience At least 2 years of management experience in a retail or service environment Experience overseeing daily operations such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cash handling Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Skills & Traits Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team Customer-first attitude with a focus on service excellence Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities Financial understanding of business performance Positive, responsible, and dependable Ready to Lead?
