Overview Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week!) Streetsboro, OH • Starting at $19/hour • Entry-Level • Hiring Immediately Schedule 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Friday overtime during peak seasons What You’ll Do As a Production Associate / Manufacturing Associate , you will: Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line Use hand tools and basic machinery Rotate between stations (cross-training provided) Perform quality checks and inspections Prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications What We’re Looking For Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Strong teamwork and reliability Willingness to learn and grow About the Role This position is with SoftLite Windows & Doors, part of Cornerstone Building Brands.
