Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Emergency Room Nurse – Emergency Medical Services

Schedule: 12-Hour Evening Shift (1 PM - 1 AM)

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:

• NH or compact state license required
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Must have completed at least one travel assignment
• Travel ER experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department setting.
• Assess and triage patients to determine the urgency of care needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must clear the Wednesday prior to start.
• No local candidates will be considered.
• Past working candidates must be separated from the facility for at least 6 months to be considered.
