IT Contracts Administrator Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented IT Contracts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, supporting a busy IT contracts portfolio while a team member is out on leave. Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io Job Type: Contract (approximately 6–7 months) Location: Monrovia, CA (on‑site position) Compensation: $35–$55 per hour Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this role What You’ll Do Administer day‑to‑day IT contract activities, including reviewing, routing, and tracking contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements Maintain contract repositories, records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance obligations, including software licensing and maintenance agreements Support audits by gathering documentation, validating records, and preparing status reports and dashboards for leadership Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders to keep the contract review and execution process on track What Gets You the Job 5–7 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, finance, or compliance Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field preferred Experience managing contract lifecycle processes and maintaining contract repositories Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with large data sets in Excel Familiarity with tools such as SAP Ariba, Jira, Apptio, or DocuSign is a plus Ready to bring your contract administration skills to a team that values accuracy, organization, and follow‑through?
