**Required Experience and Skills:**- 1 year experience in ER**Certifications Required:**- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- BLS (Basic Life Support)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)**Licensure:**- Iowa State License**Other Requirements:**- Driver's License- Work history/resume- Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)- License verification- References (1 supervisory reference required at time of submission)- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (except Madison where they accept local with a 10% rate reduction)**Facility Locations:**- Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge (Level 3 trauma centers)- Moline (Level 2 trauma center)- Muscatine (Level 4 trauma center)- Rock Island (Level 1 trauma center)
