Social Media Manager

• Own Instagram for the Full Focus brand and the CEO and founder personal accounts, plus Facebook and LinkedIn profiles • Turn founder stories, customer testimonials, and transformation metrics into Instagram content, carousels, graphic posts, and video • Build and run content strategy across two accounts and two product offers • Drive webinar signups, email-list growth, and movement toward Double Win Coaching • Own comments and DMs as an extension of audience storytelling and relationship-building • Set up and maintain ManyChat auto-responses and DM automation • Shoot and edit video when needed • Partner with the Creative Director on carousels and graphic posts • Work directly with executives to capture raw footage and images Requirements Experience leading social media for a lifestyle or personality-driven brand Personally grown a profile to 200k followers, adding over 100k followers Fluency with AI tools while preserving human, on-brand content Ability to balance promotion of two products at different price points Fast learner energized by transformation stories Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools Real experience with ManyChat for auto-responses and DM automation Ability to write emotionally resonant hooks and connect storytelling to business results Ability to independently strategize, write, and produce content Ability to work synchronously from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday Ability to reside in Nashville, Tennessee, or within reasonable driving distance for regular weekly in-person meetings Willingness to travel by land less than 10% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in social media management for lifestyle brands, with a strong focus on content strategy, audience engagement, and storytelling that drives business results.
