Role Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support long-term business objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and recruitment process improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field OR equivalent experience, calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.
• 8 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3 or more years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, automation, manufacturing, software, robotics, controls engineering, or other specialized technical functions.
• Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, robotics, or other technical industries is preferred.
• Current or prior experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.
