Responsibilities

• Install pre-designed irrigation systems.
• Install irrigation equipment, including digging trenches, and ensure systems are tested for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to maintain system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and replace faulty parts to ensure smooth operation of irrigation systems.
• Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment when required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of irrigation techniques and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects.
• Self-motivated and proactive in tackling tasks.
• Valid Virginia driver's license required.
