Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit SOC / ROC – $140–$150 SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add‑on) – $170 Recertification – $95 Revisit / RN 19 – $75 RN 18 Discharge – $80 Downtime (pre‑approved wait time) – $40/hr Premium Add‑ons Same‑Day / Urgent – +$25 Weekend – +$25 Holiday – +$50 "Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards. Service Area & Schedule Cleveland / Northeast Ohio. Weekdays, weekends, evenings, on‑demand—flexible schedule.
