Skilled Trades Recruiter

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team in the Taylor, Michigan Branch . This is a contract-to-colleague opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to support our clients and Branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Branch leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn)
- Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire paperwork
- Meet weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics
- 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Competitive hourly pay ($24-$28/hour)
