Skilled Trades Recruiter

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our team in the Taylor, Michigan Branch . This is a contract-to-colleague opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to support our clients and Branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Branch leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn)
• Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire paperwork
• Meet weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
