Shift Leader

A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. Key Responsibilities Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service. Producing high‑quality food. Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. Cash handling. Following the Learning Management System Training Program. Developing others for career growth. Enforcing policies and procedures. Participating in local and national marketing initiatives. Building sales. Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices. Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant. Effective communication. Having a sense of urgency. Managing and leading a crew of 2 to 5 people. Performing opening and closing tasks. Operating the slicer and performing necessary prep. Baking bread as required. Ensuring the store remains clean and customer‑ready. Handling customer interface to provide an exceptional experience. Maintaining key holder responsibilities. Multitasking and working in a fast‑paced environment. Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. High school degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year QSR experience preferred. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance. Mandatory ADA‑mandated medical documentation for any physical limitations. Availability to work 38–40 hours per week. Must possess strong interpersonal and self‑discipline skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
