Analyze digital marketing data, website traffic, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports with actionable insights. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging digital trends and opportunities within the FMCG sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the FMCG industry. Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry or with exposure to consumer brands. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
