Integrity Concrete Coatings is one of Northern Illinois' leading concrete coating companies, specializing in high-performance garage, basement, patio, porch, and commercial floor coating systems. Compensation
- Average pay of $1,000+ per week

Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces using professional grinding equipment
- Repair cracks and surface imperfections
- Install premium concrete coating systems
- Apply decorative flake and protective topcoats
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work full-time
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
Experience is a plus, but not required:
- Concrete coatings
- Construction
- Flooring installation
- Painting
- Carpentry
- General labor or other skilled trades
