What You'll Do

As an Inpatient Registration Coordinator, you will provide administrative and clerical support for the admissions process, including handling admission inquiries, completing patient documentation, maintaining accurate patient records and bed tracking, and collecting patient financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for admissions and admission information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the admissions supervisor.
• Complete patient consents thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintain the patient bed board and ensure accurate data entry for all patient level of care changes.
• Collect patient liability as instructed by the patient benefit coordinators.

What You Bring

• Strong data entry and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities preferred.
• Strong computer skills preferred.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced treatment environment.
