Massillon, 400 Nave Rd SE, Massillon, OH 44646, USA Job Title Quality Inspector at ARE-Navarre OH Plant (1st Shift 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday) Pay and Benefits Competitive pay with the opportunity for an annual increase based on job performance 401(k) savings program with a company match 10 paid holidays and paid time off Discounts on RealTruck products for you, your family, and friends Employee Referral Bonus program for referring talent Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity; all individuals are encouraged to apply Primary Responsibilities Ensure product compliance with standards at multiple stations throughout the shop Verify that each unit meets product specification sheet standards Identify parts and location placement of components Completely check the entire unit for quality issues per documented best practices (work instructions) Document each unit in the data tracking database Complete additional tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred Proficient oral and written communication skills Basic computer and math skills Basic Expectations Ability to follow work instructions Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform Maintain a valid power industrial truck license Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process Adhere to all company policies, procedures and trainings Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report unsafe conditions or behaviors Complete all required records, reports, and forms accurately and timely Seek continual improvement of materials processes, product quality, and worker safety Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
