Job Title: Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rates: $24.00-$32.00/hr

Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Qualifications: Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of chemical processing equipment and systems
Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping, and instrumentation used in chemical plants
Deep commitment to safety practices and protocols in handling hazardous chemicals and operating industrial equipment
Maintenance experience is a must

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician - DIRECT HIRE

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on chemical processing equipment including pumps, valves, reactors, and distillation units
Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, leaks, and other issues, and develop effective solutions to address them promptly
Conduct calibration and testing of equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability in chemical processing operations
Monitor chemical inventories and equipment spare parts, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies are available to support ongoing operations
Perform other job duties as assigned by management
