We strive to "wow" our patients with our service and careJob Duties :Duties include, but are not limited to the following:Greet patients when they arrive at the officeSchedule appointments for patientsMaintain patient accounts and recordsPrepare and send patient billsSubmit patient claims to insurance companiesAssist patients in filling out required intake and medical formsConfirm appointments with patients via phone or emailManage and organize communication and reports with referring officesManage payment plansKeep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessaryPerform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statementsVerify and update patient insurance informationSort and organize incoming and outgoing mailEnsure the reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
