Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, accuracy, and guest experience. Participate in interviewing and selection. Train team in food safety standards. Help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age; 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast‑paced environment. ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve). Flexibility for nights and weekends; ability to handle shifting priorities. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand/walk up to 6 hrs. Strong communication skills in a loud environment. Other Requirements Background check required.
