AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with Big O Tires and Central Arizona Auto Group to hire a General Service Automotive Technician for the Riggs Road location.

This position is built for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in quality work, and wants to advance beyond entry-level tire and maintenance services.

What You'll Do

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Perform oil and filter changes
• Check fluids and complete preventive maintenance
• Test and replace batteries
• Perform basic vehicle inspections
• Identify leaks, wear, and potential safety concerns
• Assist with brake services and minor repairs
• Support senior technicians with diagnostics and larger repairs
• Document services and inspection findings
• Communicate vehicle status to the service team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of professional automotive experience
• Hands-on tire and general-maintenance experience
• Ability to safely use tire equipment, lifts, hand tools, and power tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work habits
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds when required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
