Who Are You:  

The Host is a vital member of the Service team as the first impression and point of contact with every member and guest at the club. The Host must exude warmth and hospitality and is a partner in plotting, planning, and updating the dining room to efficiently coordinate seatings throughout each service. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Consistently support a culture of exceptional service and hospitality.
• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for members and guests whether in person or over the phone.
• Properly answer member and guest inquiries with regards to restaurant hours of operation and basic operational information, menus, and reservations.
• Act as a liaison between members and guests, management, service staff and kitchen and communicate accordingly.
• Work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed.
• Demonstrate a passion for member experience and an eagerness to learn and grow.  
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success.

What We Need From You: 

• Experience in a guest-facing role in a restaurant preferred, but not necessary
• Basic understanding of Open Table functions preferred, but not necessary 
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

Licenses and Certificates: 

• Food Handler Permit (required)
• ABLE License (preferred)
• Oklahoma Alcohol Certification (preferred)

Salary Range:
$12 - $13 per hour
