Call Center Customer Service Representative

Killeen, TX As a Customer Service Representative at MCI, you will provide prompt, courteous support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and promote products to ensure a best‑in‑class experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Document all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Employment Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States.
