Senior Contract Specialist - Manufacturing Procurement

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America, LLC seeks a Contract Senior Specialist to lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities supporting automotive manufacturing operations. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate supplier and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and quality expectations. You will partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify sourcing opportunities, manage risk, and drive cost savings while maintaining continuity of supply. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus experience with ERP or procurement systems. You’ll thrive in Honda’s engineering-driven, collaborative culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and innovation.
