About the Position

We are seeking a hands-on sales professional who can also lead daily clinic operations. 

Your primary focus will be personally handling prospective-patient inquiries, discussing services and pricing, following up on provider-recommended treatment plans, and supporting membership enrollment and patient retention. You will also oversee staff accountability, scheduling, and the daily patient experience. 

Prior experience personally conducting consultations, handling pricing concerns, and achieving measurable sales goals is required. 

Relive-specific service education and operating training will be provided. Applicants should bring an established foundation in consultative sales. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a med spa, wellness studio, medical weight-loss clinic, cosmetic surgery practice, dental treatment coordination, or membership-based fitness business
• Experience improving conversion, recurring revenue, retention, or location performance
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy requirements and working alongside licensed clinical providers
• Experience with staffing, inventory, budgeting, or expense management 

Healthcare or wellness experience is preferred. We also welcome applicants with relevant consultative-sales and team-leadership experience in similar service businesses. 

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated personal experience in consultative sales involving services, treatment packages, or memberships
• Experience discussing pricing, addressing concerns, following up, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Ability to explain your individual sales goals, results, and contribution to business performance
• Experience supervising or coaching staff and coordinating daily operations
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and performance reports
• Willingness to personally conduct consultations and follow-up while leading a small team
• Dependable onsite availability at our North Wales clinic 

Sales & Patient Experience Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new inquiries and guide prospective patients through scheduling and next steps
• Conduct nonclinical consultations to understand patient interests and explain available services, pricing, and memberships
• Help patients understand the costs and logistics of provider-recommended treatment plans
• Address questions and pricing concerns professionally, without pressure or unsupported medical claims
• Maintain consistent phone, text, and email follow-up with prospective and existing patients
• Keep accurate CRM records, follow-up tasks, and appointment updates
• Support membership enrollment, rebooking, and long-term patient relationships
• Work toward agreed sales and service goals while respecting patient choice and clinical recommendations
• Coordinate with clinical providers, front-desk staff, and marketing partners to deliver a smooth patient experience 

Clinic Leadership Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and service standards
• Coach staff on communication, follow-up, accountability, and patient service
• Coordinate staffing and provider schedules to support reliable coverage
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and controllable operating expenses
• Resolve nonclinical patient concerns and escalate clinical questions to the appropriate provider
• Maintain accurate records and follow established privacy, safety, and operating procedures
• Review performance with ownership and implement practical improvements 

How Success Is Measured

• Timely responses to leads and consistent follow-up
• Inquiry-to-appointment conversion and appointment attendance
• Enrollment in clinically appropriate, provider-recommended treatment plans
• Membership growth, retention, and rebooking
• Revenue performance, expense control, and contribution to clinic profitability
• Patient satisfaction, staff accountability, and reliable daily operations 

Clinical eligibility, treatment recommendations, prescribing, and medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed providers.
