Lead Steel Fabricator
Pay: $28–$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift - Full-time - Permanent
What You’ll Do:
- MIG weld steel components for custom ductwork and ventilation systems
- Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fit, tack, weld, and finish assemblies
- Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy
- Keep a clean, organized workspace
- Purchase your own tools after training is completed
What You Need:
- MIG welding experience
- MUST HAVE Galvanized and Carbon Steel Experience
- Ability to read welding symbols and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Willingness to buy personal tools once trained
- Ability to perform physical fabrication tasks
