Production & Fulfillment Associate

The Production & Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations in production, fulfillment, and inventory at our Cornelius, NC location. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and teamwork. Each day brings new tasks, from production and assembly to shipping and inventory management.

Success in this position hinges on reliability, attention to detail, a positive outlook, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Duties

Complete product assembly and packaging to meet quality standards
Ensure accurate and timely packing of customer orders
Restock warehouse materials to maintain production efficiency
Receive, organize, and store incoming supplies
Support inventory counts and keep inventory areas orderly
Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workspaces
Learn various aspects of operations, including production, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse
Identify ways to enhance organization, efficiency, and workflow
Collaborate with a team that values accountability, reliability, and skill
