Per Diem Part-Time Front Office/ Data Entry Assistant (AFTERNOON HOURS)

Ambulatory Surgery Center

Pinecrest, FL

Key Responsibilities:

Enter medical data from one system into another with accuracy
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Perform general clerical and front-office duties
Support the center team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual: English & Spanish
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer and typing skills
Professional and friendly communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Interest in learning about the medical field (a plus!)
