Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sun exposure.

Physically capable of performing manual labor, including walking, bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.

Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.

Ability to safely operate or learn to operate basic landscaping tools such as mowers and weed-eaters.

Previous experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required.

High School Diploma or GED

A valid driver's license with no major infractions

Responsibilities

Perform routine grounds maintenance at the Pampa, TX Wastewater Facility, including mowing, weed-eating, and general landscaping upkeep.

Maintain clean and safe outdoor areas by removing debris, trimming vegetation, and supporting site appearance standards.

Assist with basic facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and working on-site.

Support overall facility operations by completing additional duties as needed.
