Concrete Superintendent

Aurum Construction is growing in Omaha and looking for a Superintendent with strong structural concrete experience to help lead commercial projects across the region. What You’ll Do Lead field operations for structural concrete scopes on commercial and industrial projects Oversee forming, placing, finishing, and curing concrete to meet design and quality standards Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily workflow to maximize productivity Work closely with GCs, inspectors, engineers, and internal field teams Review drawings, structural details, rebar plans, and layout requirements with precision Build and manage project schedules, sequencing work to keep operations flowing Enforce strict safety standards and lead daily/weekly safety meetings Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and final turnover of concrete work Maintain strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across all teams Help cultivate a high-performing field culture based on safety, craft, and teamwork 5+ years of structural concrete superintendent experience on commercial or industrial projects Deep expertise in forming systems, rebar coordination, layout, and concrete placement Experience working for a concrete subcontractor preferred Tilt-wall experience is a strong plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and fast-paced concrete operations Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineered lift plans Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production At Aurum, you’ll join a team of builders who take pride in doing things the right way.
