Field Sales Representative – THCA / Hemp Products Job Type: Full-time, Field-Based / In-Person Work Location: Primarily in-person within assigned territories. Representatives must be able to reliably commute and travel throughout assigned areas, including: Florida: Jacksonville, Pensacola, Kissimmee, Tampa, Miami North Carolina: Charlotte, Raleigh Tennessee: Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga Some remote outbound sales activity and cold calling may be conducted from home when not actively working in the field. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will focus on expanding our market presence by selling premium THCA and hemp-derived products directly to smoke shops in targeted cities and territories. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person sales visits to smoke shops in targeted cities and territories. Present, demonstrate, and close sales of our full line of THCA products to store owners and buyers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners. Execute territory strategies to achieve market saturation and revenue targets. Accurately track sales activity, customer feedback, and market insights. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. On days with no scheduled field visits, conduct outbound sales calls (approximately 65 cold calls per day to smoke shops) from a home-based location. Requirements Proven sales experience (required). Previous experience in the cannabis, hemp, or THCA industry is strongly preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license. Professional appearance and a strong work ethic. Comfortable traveling within assigned territories. Compensation Commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential. High commission rates designed for top performers to earn significant income based on sales volume. Top performers earn $2,500 – $4,000 weekly on average.
