Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Create, maintain, and organize medical records, files, logs, and related documents in compliance with procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Monitor and manage clinic supplies inventory, including preparing reports on inventory status
- Facilitate outside referrals and coordinate transfer of medical records
- Assist in preparing routine medical and dental reports
- Read and understand medical instructions, policies, regulations, and correspondence
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid ICE clearance (expedited process in place)
- Basic knowledge of medical recordkeeping and confidentiality
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Prior administrative or medical records experience preferred
- Preferred:
- Experience working in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
About the Assignment
Join a dedicated healthcare team supporting medical documentation at a leading facility in California City.
