You will manage strategic initiatives under the direction of a Project Manager. You will facilitate cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, culture, commitment, and goals.

What You Do.

• Gain hands-on experience with project management practices, including the Innovation Stage-Gate process for new products.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives across new products, capabilities, process improvements, cost savings, and technology implementations.
• Assist in managing cross-functional projects by clarifying objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Facilitate project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, maintain accountability, and keep teams aligned with timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt project plans as needed.
• Communicate project updates through reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Help maintain essential project documentation and support post-project evaluations to improve future processes.

Your Education and Qualifications.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in project management, business management, organizational development, communications or related field, having completed junior year prior to the start of the internship
• Solid organizational and planning skills are required
• Must be team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Must enjoy challenges and be adaptable to changes in project scope and direction
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations
