Job DescriptionCareGivers Home Care Providers enrich the lives of our clients by providing compassionate, care in the comfort of their homes.CareGivers Home Care Providers is currently hiring caring, compassionate, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Rhode Island to join our team!Position Responsibilities Include:Provide quality nursing assistant care to clients that promote their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice as illustrated by the following:Is knowledgeable of the individualized care plan for clients and provides support according to the care plan.Attends to the personal care needs of clientsPerforms basic nursing skillsAssists in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment by performing tasks.Encourages good health through the planning and preparation of nutritious meals and by providing medication remindersEncourages client independence and/or self-help during rehabilitative tasks.Contributes to the care planning process by providing the nursing department with specific information and observations of the client's' conditionFollows guidelines to accurately and consistently document activities in the daily care log, monthly reports, Care Plan Book, and for Incident reports.Accurately records shift start and end times using the telephony system or by contacting the office, as appropriate.Participates in continuing education and training as may be requested and/or required.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of agePhysical examinationProof of required immunizationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant License in the State of Rhode IslandCurrent CPR CertificationAcceptable Criminal Background Investigation Check & Motor Vehicle Record ReportValid driver's license or state identification and access to a registered and insured vehicleReliable access to a telephone that accepts calls and messagesMust be available to work at least every other weekend.Ability to communicate at an intermediate level in EnglishAbility to treat clients with dignity and respectAbility to be flexible and adapt to new situationsExcellent Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Biweekly pay with direct deposit Health insurance if qualified Supplemental insurance A great office staffApply:Apply via this listingIn the office:..
