A Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
