OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide additional support to our Operations team within Washington County School District . The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
• Provide early-morning scheduling support to fill last-minute assignments.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire packets, collecting paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions.
• Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates for recruiting purposes.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Proficient in Microsoft

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve
• Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Physical requirements may vary by assignment and location. Duties may include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as general use of hands and arms. Close vision is required for computer and detailed work.

Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise environment (e.g., office or school setting with light activity).
