Job Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter prescriptions into the system
• Support pharmacists with safe, compliant dispensing practices
• Communicate with providers and insurance companies to resolve issues
• Manage patient adherence and medication delivery scheduling
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient pharmacy operations

What You Bring

• Active Illinois Certified Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• 3–5+ years of pharmacy experience (specialty, retail, PBM, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Comfortable communicating with patients, providers, and payors
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, pharmacy systems)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Lake Forest, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.05 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
