Maintenance Associate

$17 - $27 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to store fixtures, equipment, and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of store areas, including sales floors, backrooms, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with store leadership and external vendors for larger repair needs.
Assist with seasonal setup, store resets, and minor remodel projects as needed.

Qualifications

Previous maintenance, facilities, or retail experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems and tools.
Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
