We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) around Honesdale and surrounding areas!

You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Empower independence and confidence

• Assist with transportation for appointments and outings

Compensation & Flexibility

• Up to $18 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules (multiple shift options)
  • Waymart, PA - flexible week days
  • Tyler Hill, PA - afternoon/after school hours
• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
• Mileage reimbursement options

What You Bring

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community
