Revenue Cycle Associate

Summary/Objective This position supports the daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Management Department by providing administrative and operational assistance to the RCM team. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Provide administrative support for the Revenue Cycle Management Department, including daily lockbox correspondence reconciliation. • Research and reconcile correspondence to accurately match it to the appropriate patient account. • Route correspondence, attach documentation to patient records, and notify the appropriate parties based on the nature of the correspondence. • Ensure timely handoff of correspondence to Advocare RCM and eCW-RCM. • Maintain departmental files, reports, documentation, and related records. • Monitor assigned work and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed. • Communicate system, site, and operational issues to the RCM Manager in a timely manner. • Assist with departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, quality, and cost savings. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe, Foxit). • Prior experience with healthcare, physician billing, revenue cycle management preferred. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information. • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and enthusiasm. • Commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous process improvement. Salary Description
$20-$22 per hour

- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
