Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs according to practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure holistic care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active Montana PT license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Clinical skills to deliver direct therapy and restore function
• Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient communication
• Adaptability and flexibility in various settings
