Role: Design Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX- 100% ONSITE FROM DAY1
Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 5+ Years Skills: VMware Cloud On AWS~EIS : Control Systems Design & Dev.(CSI)~OS Concepts~EIS : Network Engineer Role Descriptions:
The Tier 3 Engineers have specialized in one or more vertical technology disciplines but will also be versed in other IT service delivery technologies.
The Tier 3 Engineers perform testing| analysis| and restoration of failed production services to customers and users.
When new technologies and or IT Services are added to the environment| the engineers are responsible for creating acceptance criteria and testing new service technology supported by the CSS Service Desk.
A primary function of this position is to monitor and sustain the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) as well as the growth and capacity planning aspects of the IT services.
Tier 3 Engineers provide support to the Tier 2 Engineers| taking calls during high-volume times.
They assist in customer service status calls and with other communication such as notifications and escalations. Desirable Skills:
Data Engineer - Focused on providing operational support for key projects that have moved into production including Prospector ProC360 for CSMsC360 for AgentsC360 for Executives Datasphere
They will be responsible for ensuring the stability| performance| and usability of these systems post-deployment| while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:oNew Data Ingestion Ui/UX Changes
oData Quality and Integrity
oAdhoc Business Requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Campaign Lifecycle Management Team| Customer Success Managers| Officer Support Teams| and data teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base.
When bandwidth allows| provide support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative| contributing to the development and maintenance of AI-driven solutions. Qualifications :
Experience in developing robust ETLs and ensuring data quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate with the business and technology team
sVery collaborative and coachable
Ability to pivot when needed
Experience with data platforms| ingestion pipelines| or UI/UX troubleshooting is a plus
Exposure to GenAI| AI/ML tools or platforms is a bonus
Preferred Skills:SQL| Snowflake| Python| Databricks| Azure
Palantir is a bonus
