ABOUT US

We're opening a premier recovery and wellness studio in Newton, MA, and we're building something we're genuinely excited about. Think cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, IV therapy, and more - all delivered in private suites with a level of care, luxury, and science-backed expertise that sets us apart from anything else in the market.

This is our first Massachusetts location, and we're building the team from the ground up. We want people who care deeply about the member experience and who get excited by the idea of helping shape what this place becomes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare chance to join before we open our doors, as a true founding hire with real control over how this studio comes to life. Your first major mission will be signing 400 founding members before launch, which means you'll be out in the community, building relationships, and driving excitement around something brand new.

Once we open, you'll run day-to-day operations with the independence and accountability of a studio operator - leading the team, owning the member experience, and making this place something people love to come back to.

If you've built a membership base before, driven sales at a boutique fitness or wellness studio, and know how to lead a team that delivers exceptional experiences - we'd love to connect.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Pre-launch sales: Lead the pre-launch founding member campaign - outreach, grassroots marketing, and sales activity to sign 400 founding members before we open
• Membership growth: Drive new member enrollment, hit monthly KPIs, and use real-time data to stay on top of performance
• Team building: Recruit, hire, train, and develop your Wellness Associates - set the culture and the standard from day one
• Operations: Own scheduling, staffing, vendor relationships, financials, and the rhythm of daily studio operations
• Member experience: Make sure every guest feels the difference - welcomed, supported, and excited to come back

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $75,000
• Pre-launch bonuses: Earn milestone bonuses tied to founding member targets
• Ongoing commission: Per new member enrolled + quarterly retention bonuses
• Total earning potential: $90,000 - $110,000+ for a strong first year
• Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, and free unlimited studio membership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Management background: You've led a team in a boutique fitness, wellness, recovery, or medspa setting for 3+ years
• Proven sales record (super important!): You've hit membership targets, driven KPIs, and celebrated wins
• Pre-opening experience (a strong plus): You've launched or helped open a location before - you know what it takes to build from zero
• Highly independent: You're self-directed and solutions-oriented. You spot opportunities and move on them without waiting to be told
• Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with Mindbody or similar platforms
• Flexible availability: You're available for evenings and weekends, especially during the pre-launch period. The first few months will be an all-out sprint!
