Senior Manager, ME Spares Business Analytics (Onsite)

Location: US-CT-EAST HARTFORD-ETC ~ 400 Main St ~ BLDG ETC What You Will Do Responsible for overall data collection for Spares Material Delivery & Strategy team. Develop and maintain standard dashboard to provide leadership team a full view of Military Engine Spares performance. Create new and/or improve current metrics to measure and drive key performances. Drive automation of current reports. Support Spares customer forecast and demand planning cycles. Support current tools and develop new tools for both Spares Demand Planning and Delivery Assurance. Leverage data collection from customers to improve customer satisfaction. Define strategies and coordinate activities through multiple organizations. Drive root cause and corrective action to support improvement of key metric performance. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years of applicable experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience. Experience to include: advanced analytical skills, including advanced experience using ODM tables, BO, Qlik, and BW. 8+ years of material forecast, delivery, and supply chain management experience required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Experience in program office or operation highly preferred. Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to influence and manage the expectations of many stakeholders across program office, mod centers, SIOP. Ability to analyze and use available tools to quickly evaluate problems leading to proven solutions. Detail and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Salary Range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
