Position Summary
We are seeking a mechanically minded Assembly Technician who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in assembly or machine operation is helpful, we’re more interested in drive, attitude, and a willingness to work hard and learn.

• Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.
• Read work instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure proper assembly.
• Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies.
• Assist with machine setup or operation when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.

Job Type:  Full-time
Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
