Position Overview In North Carolina, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $17.41 per hour. This estimate is based on the 2026 base pay rate plus 2025 tip averages; actual customer tips may vary. * In North Carolina, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two‑week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that the average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period. Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is searching for Ambassadors to join our Village District team. Responsibilities As an Ambassador, you will: Serve the ice cream that Time magazine calls "the best in America." Gain valuable real‑world business and entrepreneurship experience. Work in an environment oriented around serving each other and making people’s day. Have opportunities for growth within a growing company. Receive competitive compensation. Run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform other important tasks. Qualifications Part‑time, front‑line crew member with stamina to serve people in long lines. Passion for community, eye for detail, and willingness to clean. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service skills; able to articulate Jeni’s value consistently to every customer. Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift. Committed to the well‑being of shop team, community, and environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation with an estimated average of $17.41. Company will add the difference to ensure a minimum of $15.00 if lower in a two‑week pay period.
