Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients requiring close cardiac monitoring. Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care during assigned shifts while adhering to organizational standards. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document patient progress and care provided accurately in medical records. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Qualifications: Possess a valid registered nurse license. Hold at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in telemetry or cardiovascular units. Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications. Demonstrate knowledge of telemetry equipment and cardiac monitoring techniques. Exhibit strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
