Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Must be eligible for (or currently possess) an active Louisiana medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
